Maramara is a civil contracting company underpinned by Indigenous leadership and workforce engagement. The company was formed from the belief that we can make a difference to the local Aboriginal communities by creating employment opportunities and long-lasting value.

The name Maramara means “Two Hands”, perfectly capturing the spirit of the enterprise. The joint-venture partnership between RE:GROUP and Kurtarra Pty Ltd, a wholly owned Indigenous family business, has a mission to create a positive legacy for all aboriginal people.

Maramara has been operating as a Pilbara aboriginal business for more than a decade and has ISO certification for safety, environment, and quality management systems. The company actively recruits, develops and retains Indigenous talent and has successfully provided workforce requirements for many RE:GROUP projects.
